We are currently running an extensive fitness and specialist skills programme during the summer months to get our lads ready for the new season! All through June we will be at the club on Sundays from 10am until about 11.30am. In July and August, in addition to the Sunday mornings, we will be running sessions on Thursday evenings, starting at 7pm. These sessions will be either at the club or in Bushy Park.
